The first set of showings on Saturday (8) with Julie ultimately revealed the house that was our best fit. However 7 out of the 8 houses seen that day were excellent candidates for our fit as well. To see that many properties in one day and all of them a possible “fit” for us, shows your team’s expertise. It also shows that they took the time to do the homework for us ahead of time.
The decision was made a bit difficult because of all the options (properties), but obviously your team understood our needs quickly the “first” time.

Julie took the time to get to know what we were looking for. Made sure we knew about any home coming up that had most if not everything we wanted, and accommodated us in viewing as few or as many homes as requested at a time that was convenient for us. When we sold our home she assisted us by providing helpful suggestions of things we could do or improve to assist in the sale of the house. In the end it was sold within 48hrs.
Julie was very helpful in buying my first home. I had many questions and a very limited timeline to get everything done. We really enjoyed working with Julie. As a first-time home buyer, we had lots of questions and concerns, but she put us at ease with her knowledge and professionalism which made our experience that much better. She was always very pleasant, punctual and helpful. She was quick to respond to questions and if she said she was going to look into something for you, she did so in a timely manner. She’s very efficient and always put in the extra effort by recommending different houses that met our criteria and checking in with us after we moved in. While looking at houses, she didn’t try to sugarcoat aspects of the property to get us to buy, she told us the good and bad and even made suggestions to try to help us get what we want. Little did I know about the agent who took my call as I faced the big step to sell in a town I had known for 36 years. She said that the office had energetic sales people. What an understatement that would prove to be!
